What we can help with

• Which bundle size suits a particular vase or shower, if you tell us the height.
• Which of our plants are on the ASPCA non-toxic list, if there is an animal in the house.
• How many portions of confetti a given number of guests needs.
• A count, a length or a price on this site that looks wrong.

What we cannot help with

Orders. We do not take payment, hold stock or ship parcels, so we cannot see an order, change an address or process a return. That is handled where the order was placed.

And anything medical or veterinary. If an animal has eaten something, the ASPCA Animal Poison Control line is (888) 426-4435 and your own vet is the other call. We are a catalogue, and we would be guessing.
